You may be receiving the error if your vehicle information is not on your account. Please double check to make sure it is there. If you are applying for a commuter permit and still receiving a runtime error, please note that we are working with the vendor to resolve the issue. Please email parking-services@iup.edu that you are receiving the error. We will review your account and respond to your email for the next steps to obtain the permit. Sorry for the inconvenience.
